About Us

PDP (Property Design and Planning Limited) was incorporated in 1984 and has over 35 years of experience in the design and build industry. Initially, the company started off as a one-person architectural and structural design consultancy firm but, due to client demand and growth, it moved into the construction sector as well.

We now offer a bespoke ‘concept to completion’ solution to our clients using leading BIM software. This service is for new builds (domestic and commercial) as well as renovations, refurbishments, conversions and extensions.

As a principal contractor, we have a diverse team of experienced architects, engineers, surveyors, project managers and tradesmen who together have over 100 years of experience. This ensures all residential developments and commercial developments receive the finest workmanship, from architectural design services to building finishes.

Since our establishment, PDP has grown to be a highly regarded design and build firm in the Home Counties.  

We are accredited members of:

  • CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme)

  • The FMB (Federation of Master Builders)

  • Trustmark (Government Endorsed Standards)

We are also an LABC Partner (Local Authority Building Control) and have been inspected by the BBA (British Board of Agrément).
